Thesis Pharmacy is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded prescription medications are prepared only pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider for an individually identified patient. We do not diagnose or prescribe. No prescription medications are sold online.


A compounding pharmacy prepares customized medications prescribed by licensed providers to meet a patient’s unique needs. This may include adjusting dosage forms, removing allergens, or combining compatible ingredients when a commercial product isn’t suitable
Providers may recommend a compounded preparation if a patient needs a dosage form, strength, or ingredient combination that isn’t available in a manufactured drug — or when a commercial product is temporarily in shortage.
Prescription refill requests may be submitted through our website or by contacting our pharmacy team. All prescriptions are reviewed and dispensed pursuant to prescriber authorization.
Yes. We offer local delivery and ship prescriptions to states in which we are licensed.
Yes. We prepare compounded medications for veterinary patients pursuant to valid prescriptions from licensed veterinarians.
