Position: Cashier
Pay: $18 Hourly
Reports: Operations Supervisor
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in our vitamin & nutraceutical section
• Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and wellness solutions tailored to their needs
• Drive vitamin and nutraceutical sales through consultative selling and product recommendations
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock commission bonuses
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing vitamin section
• Stay updated on nutraceutical & vitamin trends, new products, and wellness education
• Represent Texas Star's Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement in every interaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred (nutrition, fitness, or health background a strong plus)
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earning opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health, wellness and helping people make informed lifestyle choices
• Reliable, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture
