Formula Unknown: You may note, “please compound alternative to [drug name] due to…” (must list reason
for need to adjust formulation such as: allergen/dietary/paraben/filler concerns/
strength of > than 10% etc.)

We are licensed to dispense and ship prescription medications to the states listed on our Shipping & Licensure page.

Typical turnaround time for non-sterile compounded prescriptions is approximately 2–4 business days, depending on formulation and inventory availability.
Can you bill my clinic and ship to my clinic or my patients?
Yes, we can bill and ship to either the clinic or your patient. The only constraint is that we cannot ship controlled medications to the clinic.
What types of certifications can you provide from your pharmacy?
Thesis Pharmacy is regulated by the state boards of pharmacy in each jurisdiction where we are licensed. We follow applicable USP standards and state and federal regulatory requirements. We are a 503A Compounding Pharmacy.
