Bremelanotide (PT-141) nasal spray is a non-hormonal therapy that works by activating specific receptors in the brain involved in sexual desire and arousal. Rather than changing hormone levels or directly increasing blood flow, it helps stimulate the brain pathways associated with sexual interest and response. This action may enhance sexual desire, improve responsiveness to intimate stimulation, and reduce distress related to low libido.

Bremelanotide nasal spray should be stored at refrigerated temperatures of 36F to 46F (or 2C to 8C). Store this medication away from light. Keep medications out of reach of children and pets.
