Niacinamide cream is a compounded medication that is prescribed under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Niacinamide cream helps to reduce excess oil and redness of the skin. It provides overall support for a healthier skin barrier and a clearer complexion.
Active - Niacinamide / Inactive - Glycerin, Cream base
Niacinamide (also known as Vitamin B3) helps reduce the appearance of post-acne discoloration, redness, and enlarged pores while supporting a smoother, more balanced complexion. Niacinamide also helps to strengthen the skin barrier by increasing the production of ceramides and other lipids. These lipids seal in moisture and protect the skin from external irritants. This barrier support can minimize irritation from acne breakouts and treatments while promoting healthier, more resilient skin.
Use of Niacinamide cream has been shown to improve: acne / hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone / sensitive skin / enlarged pores / excess oil production
Benefits of Niacinamide may include: decreased skin irritation / reduced pore size / decreased oil production / improved skin tone and barrier
Potential side effects: mild itching or burning, temporary redness, flushing, skin dryness, and other skin irritation effects can happen. / Rare side effects: severe itching, skin rash, swelling, and other effects associated with an allergic reaction can occur.
