Proline injectable solution should be stored at refrigerated temperatures of 36F to 46F (or 2C to 8C). Store this medication away from light. Keep medications out of reach of children and pets. Discard this medication after 28 days of first use or according to the beyond-use date, whichever date comes first. When disposing of unused medication or expired vials, do not flush or pour down the drain. Follow local guidelines on medication disposal. If the Proline vial is empty, discard with regular glass waste. For broken vials and needles, discard into a puncture-proof, red FDA-cleared sharps container to prevent needle-stick injuries.
